And just like every other married couple, we have a blog.
We're officially leaving Provo for Ohio on August 13th. We think we've found somewhere to live. Probably. I've started looking for jobs in Columbus, so hopefully I won't be unemployed too long after the move (this summer of underemployment is kind of killing me). I've also been studying for the GRE. I'm probablymaybe going to apply to OSU's Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies MA program for next fall. The application deadline is December, so it probably won't be too long before I too get to experience the neverending fun that is grad school applications.
Basically,we're both very excited to start new things in a new place. Nathan's orientation is on August 20th, and his classes start the 22nd. He'll have to tell you what classes he's taking.
We also mightprobably be getting a dog this fall. The apartment complex we're looking at not only allows dogs, but there is a dog park on site. Nathan is partial to Shetland Sheepdogs, while my one true love is the Pug. But a mixed breed rescue will be the way we would go.
We'll probably have more exciting things to write about when we are doing things other than contract labor and watching Bones and Sherlock all day.
